I have been working as an electrical engineer for about a dozen years when I first sought out Judit. By that time I had held three jobs at three different companies, and most of the time all the jobs had been pretty awful. I had even been fired from the second one after six months. While I had held my then present post for almost nine years and had mastered it thoroughly I was in a deep rut. Both my working circumstances and relationship with my supervisor were wretched, and my prospects for interesting work assignments were nil.

Judit and I had many discussions and meetings, and I undertook a battery of tests to help determine what might make sense as future career avenues. Eventually a new job opportunity came a long and my clarified career direction enabled me to pursue it with confidence and see past what in retrospect were superficial hazards in the new position. I got the job and now enjoy better pay, greater responsibility, more interesting technical challenge, and an excellent and durable relationship with my supervisor. Best of all I am strengthening my resume to be in a better position to exploit future opportunities.
